Making Sound of the Apple iPhone 14 with #Scosche

In September at the Apple event, the US tech giant showcased its line up of “always with you” devices including: the iPhone 14 and14 Plus; 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max; the Watch 8, SE new Watch 8 Ultra model; and new AirPods Pro.

At the core of its unveiling was more than new tech. The new iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max were designed to minimize their impact on the environment, with 100 percent recycled rare earth elements used in all magnets, including those used in MagSafe, and 100 percent recycled tungsten in the Taptic Engine

MageSafe Charging Systems

For those who are not aware, MagSafe is a proprietary magnetic system from Apple, featuring a circle of magnets inside the iPhone that provides a fast and easy way to attach. It is integrated into iPhone 12 and newer phones.

Apple MagSafe phones use inductive wireless charging, just like the Qi wireless charging standard, with a charging coil inside the phone. The difference is that in MagSafe phones magnets encircle the wireless charging coil. These magnets align the phone precisely over the coil in a wireless charger for maximum charging efficiency – up to 15W.
