Whether you’re assigning a one-time task or scheduling recurring chores, the 1X mobile app allows you to plan and manage NEO’s activities with ease. Importantly, NEO operates without requiring data sharing; only limited sensor data may be sent to servers when necessary to fulfill specific requests.
From Conversation to Action: NEO’s Intelligent Home Integration
Safety is central to NEO’s design. It incorporates a range of passive and active safety features to ensure it can operate seamlessly among people. Early owners will receive NEO with basic autonomy, which will expand over time. While cooking functions are initially restricted, NEO can still offer recipe suggestions or assist with cleanup. For tasks it hasn’t yet learned, a 1X Expert can remotely supervise NEO at scheduled times to help it acquire new skills and complete the job. NEO continues to learn.
