French technology extraordinaire Netatmo has announced the release of its Smart Alarm System with Camera. Combined with Netatmo‘s other Smart Security tech, this is an essential piece to securing your home.
Many of you will remember Netatmo’s portfolio includes the outdoor camera called Presence that has cool features including face, pet and vehicle recognition. Additionally they also have Welcome, an elegant indoor camera with all the same access features. However, unlike your grandpa’s security system. The Smart Door and Window Sensors pick up any movement or vibration, indicating that someone is trying to force user’s doors and windows open. You will instantaneously get these alerts on your smart device. You can also customize the 110b siren with pre-recorded (music, a voice, a dog barking) sounds.
As with other Netatmo technology. these products are easy to set up. They do not have those costly monthly subscription fees. Additionally you select where to store your videos. Whether it be locally, on a secure network site or in an offsite storage.
