In sous vide cooking, the ingredients are placed in food-safe bags that are vacuum sealed. They are then immerse them in a water bath heated to an exact temperature, usually below 195ºF. Its refrigeration and pre-cooling options also chills water overnight so next-day setup is a breeze. With its Mobile app, you can schedule when to cook your food. To use Mellow Duo, simply season and bag food, place the bag into the water bath and select the cooking settings. Unlike other sous vide systems, there is no requirement to buy specialized bags to cook with Mellow Duo. Zip seal or food safe bags are compatible.
The AI-enabled Mellow app makes creating high-quality meals easier than ever with helpful tips for cooking sous-vide and suggestions based on user ratings of each dish cooked.
