Wearables to slow the signs of aging and the passage of time

This Valentine’s Day, give more than flowers and jewellery.

French wearables IEVA has designed a new luxurious looking wearable that helps you “slow the signs of aging and the passage of time.” Time-C is a hybrid wearable that keeps you on time. However, in addition to the traditional, this device helps the consumer collect, tract and alert on internal personal health statistics as well as a group of external environmental factors that impact health, well-being and beauty.

Like most hybrids in this class, you’ll get activity, heart-rate measurement and sleep tracking as part of the package. And there’s an SpO2 sensor inside, helping keep track of sleep apnea.

Monitoring your Environment

In addition to tracking physical activity, this watch also monitors the environment around you. Time-C can detect environmental variants such as sun exposure, pollution, temperature, noise levels and humidity. It utilizes the data to provide actionable insights as well as dietary and skincare and haircare product suggestions to combat the negative effects of environmental stresses.

In terms of battery life, Time-C will function for five days of continuous use on a single charge.

Features and Specifications

  • Ambient luminosity, noise and humidity
  • Sun exposure (UVA, UVB and UV index readings)
  • Indoor and outdoor pollution levels with CO2 and Volatile Organic Compound (VOCs) sensors embedded within the watch and location based pollution data (fine particles, ozone, carbon monoxide, etc.) pulled from sources such as the EU Copernicus Programme
