Burnt Steak rescued Gizmo Style by the iGrill2

With the great weather we are having, it is time to bring out the BBQ out of storage and start to get ready for the season of shrimp and steaks.

Last week at the hardware store, while looking for new BBQ gadgets I happened to strike up a conversation with a fellow BBQ cook.  While talking about tips on how come up with the perfect rare or medium rare steak, he reminded me of the Shakespearean quote:

“It is better to have burnt and lost, then never to have barbecued at all”

Well unfortunately this solution and quote was not acceptable for me.

Many of you will remember a while back when we NewGizmo blogged on the iGrill mini remote thermometer. A great device for BBQ cooks everywhere. Well its hard to believe but our friends at iDevices have come up with an enhanced version of this wonder-BBQ-gizmo. The iGrill2 is a professional smart grilling thermometer designed that will fit the budget of cooks with a limited spending purse such as myself.

Designed to work for BBQ enthusiasts on both ends of the spectrum. Whether you are an amateur with traditional BBQ grilling and smoking or a professional BBQ competitor who needs reliable equipment, then the Grill2 should be your tool of choice.
